It is not a performance log. It is a way of making the quiet, gradual progress of anxiety management visible over time — so that at the end of six weeks, you can look back across the full arc rather than judging each day against the one before it.
The tracker covers all three phases of the programme: Foundation (Weeks 1–2), Cognitive (Weeks 3–4), and Integration (Weeks 5–6), with a brief check-in prompt at the end of each phase and a final review at the close of Week Six.
