The sleep log is a simple, printable tool designed to be used alongside the eight-week plan in Sleep Well, Age Well. Each morning it asks for four things — an estimated sleep time, a wake time, a quality rating out of ten, and a single brief note about the previous night. Nothing more. It takes two minutes to fill in and is deliberately designed to track progress without encouraging the kind of obsessive sleep monitoring that tends to make poor sleep worse rather than better.

Used consistently across the eight weeks of the plan, it turns what can feel like an invisible, night-by-night struggle into a visible pattern — one that shows clearly, over time, that sleep is improving in ways that are easy to miss when you are living through them one tired morning at a time.
